MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A seasonal nonstop flight between Memphis and Knoxville is now available for travelers.

Allegiant Air announced that the nonstop service between Memphis International Airport (MEM) and McGhee Tyson Airport (TSY) will run on twice a week starting Sept. 4 through Dec. 1, 2025.

One-way fares can be as low as $39. These will not be available on all flights — seats and dates are limited. Tickets will need to be purchased by Sept. 6, 2025, for travel by Nov. 20, 2025. Go to Allegiant.com for more details.

At MEM, Allegiant officials now provide nonstop flights to six different locations. The other five include Destin-Ft. Walton, Fort Lauderdale, Las Vegas, Orlando-Sanford, and St. Pete-Clearwater.

The month of May marks Allegiant’s 10-year anniversary at MEM. Almost two million arriving and departing Memphis passengers have been flown in that decade.

“We are excited to see Allegiant expand its service here at MEM,” said Michael Keeney, Chairman of the Memphis-Shelby County Airport Authority Board of Commissioners. “With many University of Tennessee students and alumni based in Memphis, this route provides an affordable and fast alternative to driving.”

Travelers can purchase tickets at www.allegiant.com. People can also find flight days, times and the lowest fares on the site as well.
