BMF Co-Founder Big Meech Gets Veneers Post-Prison Release: ‘It’s Time to Smile Again’

Black Mafia Family (BMF) co-founder Demetrius “Big Meech” Flenory got a teeth upgrade shortly after his prison release.

Last month, Big Meech, 56, was released from federal custody to a Miami residential program after originally being sentenced to 30 years on charges of drug trafficking and money laundering. But in an Instagram post on Sunday (Nov. 3), Big Meech was seen getting his first set of veneers from Coral Gables cosmetic dentist practice 5 Star Smiles.

Played in the Instagram reel is the 2010 Rick Ross classic “B.M.F. (Blowin’ Money Fast),” while Big Meech explains his reasons for getting veneers. “It’s time to smile again,” he says in the video below.

“Oh yeah, I’m back,” he continues after the procedure concludes, adding “That’s way more confidence now.”

Formerly a drug kingpin, Big Meech, the Detroit, Michigan native was transferred to community confinement on Oct. 15, where he will remain until his projected release date of January 27, 2026. Alongside his younger brother, Terry Lee “Southwest T” Flenory, Big Meech helmed a national drug enterprise throughout the 1980s, moving an average of 2,500 kilograms of cocaine monthly before their arrests in 2005.

Both were sentenced to 30 years in prison just three years later, while Southwest T was released in 2020 at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. Fictionalized accounts of the brothers’ lives are portrayed by Demetrius ‘Lil Meech’ Flenory Jr., and Da’Vinchi on the 50 Cent-produced STARZ drama, BMF, which has been renewed for a fourth season.
