Peabody Hotel to undergo $18M renovation
MEMPHIS, Tenn. — The historic Peabody Hotel in downtown Memphis will undergo a multimillion-dollar renovation beginning next month.
According to a spokesperson, the Peabody will begin renovating guest rooms in March of this year. The renovations will include 464 guest rooms.
The renovations are estimated to cost $18 million.
A spokesperson for the hotel says the renovations are expected to last until September 2025.
