Memphis Zoo to add zip line

MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) – The Memphis Zoo is adding a zip line attraction for those seeking more thrills.
The zip line will be built as part of the modernization project on the west side of the zoo.
It will be called Zoomazing Race: Predator vs. Predator, featuring a grizzly on one side and a tiger on the other.
Tickets will be $10 per ride and included in the Total Experience ticket and Rides Membership.
Proceeds will go toward the zoo’s conservation efforts.
“As a nonprofit, everything we do, even the fun stuff, supports our mission of creating adventures and saving wildlife,” said Matt Thompson, President & CEO of Memphis Zoo. “This new zip line helps us provide an unforgettable experience while also fueling critical work in animal care, education, and conservation.”
