MPD: Juvenile stabbed at Treadwell Middle School

MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A child was stabbed at Treadwell Middle School on Monday, Memphis Police say.
At 3:20 p.m., officers responded to a wounding at 920 N. Highland Street. A male juvenile victim was taken to Le Bonheur Children’s Hospital in non-critical condition.
Memphis Police say that a male has been detained but has not released his age or the motive behind the stabbing.
This is an ongoing investigation.
