Pedestrian killed in Hickory Hill hit-and-run, says MPD

MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A person is dead following a hit-and-run on Dec. 12, according to the Memphis Police Department (MPD).

Police responded to a fatal hit-and-run crash where a pedestrian was struck at Knight Arnold near Hickory Hill around 7 p.m.

MPD reports that the victim was pronounced dead on the scene.

Currently, there is no additional information about the driver or the vehicle involved. Police urge anyone with information about the incident to contact Crime Stoppers at 528-CASH.
